FAQ


1. When will my package be sent?


The packages are usually sent the following Monday or Tuesday from when your order is placed if the order is placed no later than 4:00 pm on Friday. If it is added after this, it will be sent the following week.



2. How do i get in touch with you?


Use the contact form that you can find here. You can also contact us via our social media.



3. I regret my purchase, how do I proceed?


If your order has not been sent yet, send us an email directly with your order number and if you want to cancel all or parts of your order.



4. How is my package sent?


Your package is sent by PostNord, DHL or UPS. We carefully pack with several layers of different materials to protect your product. The plant you buy is packed in different media depending on the type of plant you chose. The different options are moss, moistened paper, soil and/or in a zip bag with moisture.



5. My goods have been damaged on arrival, what do I do now?


If a product is completely broken, we will replace it with a new product or the money back. If a plant is broken or in poor condition, email us pictures within 24 hours of arrival for an assessment.




6. I want to add a product to my order. How do I do it the easiest?


If we have not started processing your order, make a new purchase and notify us with your order number, that way we adjust your orders and make sure you get what you bought.



7. I have received pests in my package, what do I do now?


Contact us within 24 hours of arrival with a picture, information and order number and we will take a look at your case and then take a position on how this should be handled.



8. I have made a return, when will I get my money back?


Once we have received the item and checked that everything looks okay, we will handle the refund. When everything is approved, it can take up to 14 banking days before the money is back in your account.
